Snack of the day: Peanut Butter Yogurt

 I love Peanut Butter.   I could probably eat anything as long as there is peanut butter in it.

My love for PB is something I use to my advantage. I am actually not a huge fan of yogurt. However, you cannot deny that Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein. There may be certain foods or flavors that you love so well when you combine it will make another food; it makes a perfect snack. Play around with combinations of foods and flavorings to create your own. Share your favorite combination in the comments.

One of my favorite snacks is Greek yogurt (dairy free for me), and PB2 powdered peanut butter. You also can add toppings such as oats and strawberries for some added fiber and sweetness. I hope you enjoy this one!
